Silvia Sabates Coltrane is part of the steering committee at the first-ever South Florida expo for condo preconstruction buyers and investors. The Miami New Construction Show will bring an estimated 35,000 international visitors to the Miami Beach Convention Center for a three-day journey through the region’s latest new construction condo boom. The specialized real estate event will showcase more than 100 developer projects and exhibitors, feature panel presentations by industry experts and offer fun, entertaining activities for families and kids alike.
The committee serves in an advisory capacity and is charged with selecting panel presentation content and keynote speakers for the three-day expo. MNCS selected the following members for the event’s steering committee: Reinaldo Borges, William “Bill” Heffernan, David Lyons, Silvia Sabates Coltrane, J.C. Gomez, Alexander Barthet and Dominic Pickering.

Transacta Developers: Marriott hotel in Surfside gets $35M construction loan
A $35 million construction loan for the 175-room hotel in Surfside has been nabbed by Transacta Developers. The Marriott Residence Inn will break ground in January 2015 and will be developed on the 8,250 sq ft lot located at 9200 Collins Avenue in Surfside Florida. (read more)
